1. What's Covered

This guarantee applies to all pearl earrings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, rings and anklets purchased from Kiri & Belle within the past 12 months. The guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship.

2. What's Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

 

- Normal wear and tear

- Improper care or cleaning

- Accidental damage (dropping, crushing, etc.)

- Loss or theft

- Damage caused by alterations or repairs not performed by Kiri & Belle

- Damage caused by misuse (excessive force, exposure to harsh chemicals, etc.)

3. Guarantee Claim Process

To initiate a guarantee claim, please contact us within 12 months of your purchase date. You can reach us by email at team@kiriandbelle.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase (order number) and a description of the defect. We may request pictures of the damaged item for verification purposes.

4. Resolution

Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, we will offer you a choice of:
 

- A replacement item of the same or similar style.

- We will cover the cost of return shipping for any item deemed defective under this guarantee within the UK only.

5. Important Notes

- This guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

 

- This guarantee is void if the jewellery has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Kiri & Belle.

 

- This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
