Refund policy

Items bought before 24th December 2025 are now offered with an extended guarantee period for returns. All orders placed before Christmas can be returned up until 31st January 2026 (subject to the normal restrictions on custom and pierced jewellery below). 

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee across all items, excluding earrings and personalised items. Simply return the items, along with the packaging they came with. This excludes custom made one-off pieces which are non refundable. Also, unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please get in touch via the Contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
