When should I expect delivery of my order?

We generally make to order, just for you. We aim to create and dispatch your jewellery within 2-3 working days. 

Delivery times will then depend on the shipping option you select at check out. Express delivery options are available to expedite delivery. In general we expect UK delivery to take 1 working day, Europe to take 3-5 working days and the Rest of the World to take 5-7 working days.

How much is delivery?

UK: We are happy to offer free delivery on all UK orders.

Europe: From £4.95

Rest of World: From £5.95

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes! Although our jewellery is designed and handmade in the UK, we ship worldwide. Please select an international delivery option at checkout.

Do you accept bespoke orders?

If you want a slight variation on one of our designs, or have an idea for something completely new, please do get in touch via our Contact page. We are always happy to talk about pearl earrings! 

Please note that we can't accept returns on any bespoke items.

What is gold filled?

Gold filled is a superior type of gold coating to gold plated or gold vermeil. Gold filled items use a much thicker coating of gold than both gold plating and gold vermeil, whose coating is so thin it regularly rubs off over time.

In particular 14k GF (the type we use) means that the gold content of our 14k gold filled items is at least 5%. This means our gold items contain 100 times more gold than gold plated!

This ensures pieces last much longer without tarnishing, so you can be sure they'll stay looking great and are kind to sensitive skin. 

Do you gift wrap orders?

All our deliveries come beautifully presented, and gift wrapped in our super soft faux suede jewellery pouches. As standard they come without a price tag, or physical receipt. So they can be sent directly to another recipient as a present. Receipts are emailed across to the buyer. There is an option to add a short gift message at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We're confident you'll be happy with your pearls, but if for any reason you are not, please get in touch and we will work with you to to resolve this. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, for your safety, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
