Delivery and Returns
When should I expect delivery of my order?
We generally make to order. Which means when you order something from us, we've personally made it just for you. We aim to create and dispatch your jewellery within 2-3 working days. If you require it quicker than this then please purchase a Rush Order. Adding Rush Order to your basket will mean we prioritise making your order and will make it within 1 working day, and usually on the same day if ordered before 2pm.
Delivery times will then depend on the shipping option you select at check out.
How much is delivery?
UK: We are happy to offer free delivery on all UK orders (please note there is no tracking with the free delivery option)
UK Expedited: Royal Mail Next Day Special Guaranteed Delivery is £7.95. This is a fully tracked next day delivery service. Please note we still require 1-3 working days making time, so would advise purchasing a Rush Order if you need it made quicker.
Europe: From £4.95
Rest of World: From £5.95
How do I select Next Day Delivery?
Please add a Rush Order into your basket along with your items of jewellery, and then select Royal Mail Next Day Special Guaranteed Delivery. Please then checkout before 2pm, and we will make and dispatch your order in time for it to arrive the very next working day.
This applies to UK orders only.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Although our jewellery is designed and handmade in the UK, we ship worldwide. Please select an international delivery option at checkout.
Please be aware that local customs and duties costs may be payable on importing your order into your country.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Simply add the items to you basket, enter a valid UK address and select the free delivery option at checkout. Please note that there is no tracking available on the free delivery option.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee across all items, excluding earrings and personalised items. Simply return the items, along with the packaging they came with. This excludes custom made one-off pieces which are non refundable. Also, unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please get in touch via the Contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
