Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand there may be situations where you need to return or exchange an item. Please review the following policy carefully before ordering to avoid a situation where a refund or exchange is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Bespoke or Personalised items cannot be returned but we will always do our best to resolve any issues if you are not happy with the final item.
Standard Returns & Exchanges
Each piece of jewellery you purchase is handmade to order, for this reason we have the following policy on everything excluding earrings, bespoke or personalised items.
- Up to two items - Free of charge
- Two items or more - A service fee equal to 20% of the item being returned will be deducted from your refund or applied to your exchange.
If you are unsure what to order and would like more details, our Whatsapp customer service is happy to assist. If you are local to Botley, Hampshire you can also book an appointment to see the items before purchasing!
Return Timeframes
- You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to our studio in Botley.
Returns received outside of these timeframes may not be accepted.
Return Postage
We will cover the cost of return postage only when:
- The item received is damaged.
- The item received is incorrect.
- The item is significantly different from what was described or expected.
For all other returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be returned within the timeframes stated above.
- Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging and tags where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that the original £6 postage charge will not be refunded.

How do I return/exchange my item?
If you wish to return or exchange your item, email team@kiriandbelle.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and request (i.e can I exchange my large bracelet for a smaller size) One of our team members will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Returns will be processed within 1-2 working days and refunds will take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
I’ve received a faulty item?
We are so sorry you have received a faulty item. Please send an image of the item to team@kiriandbelle.com and one of our team members will work to resolve the issue for you.
